Hello all, I played a game using the Great Beast of Gorgoroth and had my opponent telling me that warbeasts must move their full movement distance and can only be stopped by coming into contact with something. I've been trying to find some clarification on this since and cannot find anything confirming his interpretation. The rules page stats that they 'move it forwards the distance of its movement value in a straight line' after explaining pivoting the model. I assume this to be clarifying that A. it cannot turn once moved, and B. it moves the full distance after pivoting, not loosing any movement value. I just went ahead with it as I can never be bothered to argue with people (ruins the game as much as incorrect rules do!) but having since also read up on two other bits of information he had wrong, I'd like to make sure on this one to know which is correct. Cheers, Tom |

You can move up to 8" since nobody has to move his maximum. |
