Their special rule says they get a plus 1 to fight if near fara or boro. If near both is it a plus 2? |

oooooooooo....., it is cumulative. So with Banner of MT, that makes it +3???? but that word "either" is going to probably be a bucket of cold water. |

So far as I know, no bonuses or penalties are cumulative in the game, so long as they come from the same rule (unless otherwise stated). So no, they would only get the +1 Fight bonus, even if in range of both. They would, however, get +2 Fight bonus if in range of Boromir, as well as the Banner of Minas Tirith, as the rules do not explicitly state that they cannot (unlike Ancient Evil stating it does not stack with Goblin Drums or Harbinger of Evil, or vice versa). |

Yes, when you have boromir with banner, all vets within 3" of him are FV5. |

Banner of MT: w/in 3" +1F Note: bonus is cumulative with other fight value bonuses. Osgiliath Vet: w/in 6" of Boromir or Faramir +1F (or both) Note: bonus is cumulative with other fight value bonuses. The wording "or both" is where the distinction lies. |

I think it's more reliable to have guards of the fountain court with shield nearby, because they basically become better than elves then lol F5 D7 and body guard |
