Post subject:  A Fell Light is in Them and Complex Actions

So just a few days ago I noticed that nowhere in the Spectre's rule, A Fell Light in Them, does it say that the model affected cannot perform complex actions. However, it was brought to my attention that the old rules from the original sourcebooks did have that clause, and as such prevented the model affected from performing complex actions. Now before you go running off to look at the FAQs, none of the GW FAQs have made an errata of this yet, so as the rule stands, models affected by A Fell Light is in Them can, in fact, be forced to perform complex actions, such as Dismounting, Jumping a fence, going Prone, and many more (so long as it does not inflict harm, as the rule states.) What is your take on this? Do you think this is just a slip-up by GW that has yet to be caught? Or do you think it is intentional? Would you allow it? Or would you house-rule it out? Or am I just insane and have I missed some important FAQ or Errata that has changed this to add the clause, and am just unaware?
