Hi, Quick question. If a mounted model has fate points can he use them to save wounds that are inflicted on his mount? Thanks. |

Why? If a rider and mount are classed as one model shouldn't the fate be available for the mount? |

No because they're not one model, they're seperate entities. You simply cannot target them individually with bow fire. Close combat attacks can specifically be allocated |

There is a special rule for Rohan in Battle Companies that allows them to do this, but it is not part of the general ruleset. If you think about it, if Fate is a representation of the character's destiny or divine intervention on their behalf, why would the mount benefit? |
