Anyway, I'm thinking of starting a Dunlending army and I'm just wondering where are the most up to date rules for them, i wondered if they had changed them since the One Rulebook since the new models have shields and the profile doesnt allow them to.

Another question: On the GW website the Cheiftain is shown as having 3 Will instead of 1, is this right?

Yeah that is right and therules of the normale dunleding warriors and dunleding chieftain are in the 2 towers rulebook and the thrydan wolfsbane in a white dwarf.
