i have three questions, one concerning Duinhir, the other the Dwimmerlake
and the last one Mauhur...
1. If let´s say buy misfortunate set of events Duinhir and his rangers would battle against eagles and ents, would their bonuses still apply for wound chart...

and now the other one is quite unnatural and unrealistic but it is somewhat possible none the less

2.If Dwimmerlake (by some mysterious possibility) could have a point of might ( e.g "kill a named hero to get a point of might") could he adjust his special rules "roll" to get it 4... for an example...

I know both of these questions are kinda dumb, and I think i already have the answer to them but i just wanted to get some opinions of this humble community...

3. In whit dwarf his movement is listed as "7" instead of "6" , i know it is in inches, but as i play with cm, then does 7 equivalent to 16 cm as 6 is equal to 14 cm (in the game terms)?

For no.1 ... It's not for the purpose of the game to fight good vs good and for the rules you can't say yes or no because they'd actually never fight against each other... But for your house rules i'd say yes because they are monster in fact.

Concerning question 1, Azrael is right, Good vs Good is not reccomendable, but it is possible.
Ents and eagles are counted as monsters, so you get the +1.

I don't get the question of rule number 2, you mean you get the extra might point before you kill him? No.
If you mean something else, let us know ;)

And question number 3, if you use inches, that is always a bit more then centimetres. I don't think that Mauhur can walk 2 cm more, because eventually, he would be at an disadvantage.

Woow hold on a sec...

in GW rules a model moves either 6 inches or 14 cm, as normal

so the question is if Mauhur moves 7 inches then in cm-s it would be?? 16 cm?

Nevermind the second question....

but yes with the first one, i though the same way

There's no "official ruling" that I'm aware of, so for now I would just say stick to 16 cm, since incrementally it's the closest step up.

What do you mean no "official ruling" 1" = 2.54cm but according to games worshop 1" = 2.3cm which is a bit stupid.(also i would always use inches simply because you can move further! )

So for your question I would say move him 16.1cm :)

Also i understand your second question, but i wouldnt have a clue if you could or couldnt.

Haha, touche!

Yes, of course there is an "official ruling" in terms of a conversion rate between cm and inches, but there's no conversion from 7" to a whole number in cm that GW has given us for use in SBG. Hence my suggestion to just going with 16 cm.

Well, since you can only play with cm if both players play with cm, that isn't really an issue.

I prefer playing with inches, as it has some old, almost imaginary feel over it (only the size of the TV is measured in inches these days in Sweden), which makes it ideal for gaming.

Why should he be able to move faster?
It just doesn't make any sense.

You can also upgrade scouts to get the 7" movement if he is in the force, and getting a couple of people who can run faster (and shoot) can be quite nice.

Ah, that is why.
Well, excuse me for not knowing the rules ;)

 Hence the question, well I was thinking about 16 cm..

Well I have always though that scouts/rangers/trackers should be able to move faster and through difficult terrain, as this would compensate their lack of heavy armor...
