I have quite a few Haradrim figures mainly infantry and a few mounted raiders, I am making a proxy Mumak from a significantly huge toy elephant. I have been given a copy of the GW book "Harad" (2007) with lots of ideas.

In it there are mentions of Dimlokhi in the text and scenarios. I have gleaned that they are spirits from ruined Karna. The GW article "Sands of Karna" gives them as Barrow Wights with special rules Call of Death and Ageless Terror.

Are the points values the same as Barrow Wights?

Do their special rules replace the Barrow Wight special rules Movement and Terror or add to them? I see that Ageless Terror is similar to Terror and is an enhancement of it.

I assume the Dimlokhi may only be used in or near Karna. Am I correct?

Dimlokhi are only in that one scenario. There is no profile for them outside sands of karna. That being said, I would give them the same point value as barrow wights. Maybe 5-10 points more due to their extra special rules.

Many thanks. That is useful. If we play that scenario I'll probably use Barrow Wight, Army of the Dead or maybe some Pulp Egyptian style undead for them.

Thanks - I will post them as soon as I have a force to put on the table.

I have posted two Gondor - Mordor games so far (No Harad ones yet).
