Which is first, My fight value getting halved or me taking the highest from the others attacking?

The bat swarm halves the FV of any enemy model in base contact during the fight phase, so it would take place both before and after you swap stats.
Example: your base fight of 5 is reduced to 3 by the bat swarm, then you copy their cave troll's fight of 6, which is then reduced to 3 because the bat swarm is still in base contact.

You made that sound really confusing.

So a cave troll charged by your bats and KOU has fight 3 and you still have 6 correct?

I assumed the OP's question was if the KoU was in combat with bat swarms and something else, and whether or not he would be able to copy their fight to ignore the bat swarm's FV reduction, in which case, the answer would be no, because the Bat swarm effect is taking place during the entire fight phase, whereas the KoU copies stats at the start of the fight.

To your question, yes, because the KoU copies the base values.
