Sorry for posting so many threads! I hope I'm not breaking any rules with all this!

I think I'm pretty much there with the rules now, but just wondering, does magic need an in the way roll if an enemy/friend is int he way?

Also, if I want to aim at a specific goblin, but another goblin is in the way, and I fail my int he way roll does that mean I hit the other goblin or does it mean that I hit nothing?

1) No. Magic does not need an In The Way roll. So if Gandalf/Saruman can see Alfrid lurking behind 3 ranks of warriors they can send him flying without having to go through the warriors in front.

2) Assuming you mean with a shooting attack then you would hit the goblin in front. You roll to hit first, assuming you hit you then take an ITW roll for every model/object between you and your target. If you hit the object in the way and it's another model then you roll to wound as normal.

Hope that helps
