ok i have just started sbg and want to make a scout Uruk hai force, apart from the Uruk scouts what other things should i take? also are there any simple tactics i can use to make my army work well? |

Warg Riders, Heroes (Lurtz, Ugluk, etc.), and maybe some Feral Uruk-hai would be good. A pure Isengard Raiders list is difficult to use well, as there are no spears available. You therefore have to try and out-maneuver your opponent. A simple tactic would be to charge the Uruk-hai Scouts through the centre, and send Warg Riders round the flanks. There are many variations to this pincer tactic, which you're sure to pick up as you play. |

You don't need Legions, but if you want to make a legal tournament scout force, it is advised. I used a scout force a long time ago with scouts, feral uruks, warg riders, ugluk, vrasku, crossbowmen, gorbag and some bog standard orcs. I seemed to get on pretty well with them. |
