Cavarly charges

Last Sunday this came up in a game. I had priority I charged in with Amdur lord of blades mounted on an orc. Then on my buddy's turn he charged 2 more orcs in to the combat I won in the fight phase now who gets knocked down and what is the proper way to handle the knock down bonus? Any help is appreciated thx.

If a cavalry model charges and then is countercharged by infantry, they are all knocked down if he wins. Should he be countercharged by cavalry, only then he will lose the bonus.

In that case, the 3 orcs are knocked down.

He means that he was mounted and fighting against an orc.

I know. There are no rules which allow you to ride an orc.
