Where is the best place to get khazad guard?
Independent stockists? (if so which?)
Or from the games workshop website itself?

You can often find them on Ebay but they're very sought after so you may end up having to purchase them from GW. However they're metal and haven't gone up in price in a LONG time so they're not too expensive
