Big big fan, huge collection but never actually played the game.
What's the range on magical powers, I mean the ones, for example, a ringwraiths power where the enemy can't move, how close does the ringwraith have to be to use this power on someone.???

For most magic users, including Nazgul, the range of most spells is 12"/28cm. I think Sauron has an 18"/42cm range, or at least he did in the Return of the King rulebook. Some spells have area effects which are usually centred around the caster. This information can be found with the description of the spell.

In the big rulebook you can find spell ranges with the caster's profile as some spell ranges may vary (i.e Radagast's immobilise and Saruman the White's)
