Just saw these on Frothers and I instantly thought that they would make great minis for Dunlendings or Wildmen or maybe even feifdom minis.

I understand the minis to be separate from the bases which is unusual fro Darksword as they usually are attatched to the bases. If so then that makes them even better as it allows for more basing options. Darksword minis are very much in scale with Lotr i have quite a few and can say that with confidence.

I don't collect Dunland or Lamedon, but these models look amazing (I think I might be able to use one or two in a conversion :D), thanks for posting these Tim!

These are really wonderfull! Love the detai and dynamic poses!
Thanks for sharing Tim!

I have a few Dark Sword figs aswell, two wizard and a female mage, but they are slightly bigger then LOTR... more like Warhammer (even bigger then WH..).
Maybe they have different scales depending from the figure?

I could take a pic if you like...

If you could that would be fantastic Bart as I am looking at a couple of models from this website.

Now this is where I make myself a nuisance :D
Could you maybe take a photo next to a taller LotR model, say a Citadel Guard or a metal Ranger of Gondor...that would make it easy for me to give it a thumbs up or thumbs down pretty quickly. Thanks Bart and hope I am not asking for too much.

Don't forget when you do to take into account that the majority of the Darksword range are fixed to the metal bases and that raises them up if you are going to do that then you need to put both models at the same level. I recently got the dark elves and although I haven't had them out of the box yet they look very similar in size to say Boromir.
