Assuming you mean the one by Fantasy Flight, yes I have it and its expansion pack. Its very good.
It will take an afternoon or an evening to play through.
It allows for victory for both good or bad guys militarilly, or by completing/stopping the quest for mount doom, which plays through the battle game.

I'd say worth every penny, and you get great customer service from fantasy flight games - lose any piece, damage any components and they will usually send you replacements free of charge!
