Haradrim Chieftain (bow)
5 Watchers of Karna (bow)
5 Warriors of Karna (bow and spear)

I found corsair too fragile when playing them but it's a good force.

I like the core of your force with the Watchers of Karna and the Reavers. Their high fight value and number of attack are great.

Sub out the Corsairs of Umbar for Merchant Guards.
A couple Alabasters if the senario makes them useful.

The new deployments make bows less of a priority for me.

I have found Haradrim to be pretty soft too.

a Nazgul with 500 points might be a bit heavy.
