Hey guys, My dwaf army is pretty much done and I'm ready to move onto my next challenge. I am looking to do a Themed list of High Elves of the Second age, so Gil-Gilad and Elrond (The Hobbit one so I can use knights). I normally play between 600 and 1000pts. Was thinking for 600pts: Elrond Heavy Armour Warhorse : 180pts 6 Knights of Rivendell with Shields: 132pts Gil-Gilad Shield Warhorse : 155pts 6 High Elves with Spear and shields 6 Elves with Shield : 126pts For 1k was thinking of adding a Captain and another 12 High Elves. What do you guys think? |

good list, gil-galad has a armoured horse, so +5pnts gil-galad is one of the best heroes, and with those knights it's a effective list. |

I have no idea how to use Knights just yet, and need to convert a Gil-Gilad on horse, but after the armoured bushes of my Dawrfs, looking forward to it. But is there any tips, additions or subtractions I should make? |

I was thinking having both major heroes in 600 points might be a bit much, but then if you replace Gil-Galad for a captain you barely have enough points for another captain (say, Gildor), and not enough for more warriors (unless you added a few more knights). So... For 1K you might also consider Gildor and his exiles...adding a few more bowmen can't hurt either. |
