Hallo, welcome to the game and the forum. Under the warbands rule you would need a hero to lead up to 12 models. If you are set on starting an Isengard force I would definitely suggest buying the Fallen Realms sourcebook if you already haven't. Therein you will find all the profiles and rules for Isengard. I know almost nothing of the faction to give you more suggestions. |
