500pt friendly Isengard (SBG)

I'm going to have a game with a friend very soon, and I need a good army list. I know he plays Gondor.
Here is my list:

10x Uruk-hai shield - 100
6x Uruk-hai pike - 60
4x Orc spear - 24
2x Orc shield and spear - 14
3x Berserker - 45
1x Orc banner - 30
9x Uruk-hai crossbow - 99
2x Scout bow - 18
1x Uruk-hai Shaman - 50
1x Uruk-hai Captain heavy armour and shield - 60

500pt 39men 11bows 3might

I hope you guys can improve it a litlle bit

. BTW, I'd like to use the shaman because I never played with it before, so I'm only not going to field it if you guys have a good reason not to.

The shaman is fine, the banner bearer however is a bit overkill considering you already have three attacks in every fight. I would recommend exchanging it for 5 orcs with spear. The two scouts could also be removed seing as they are simply a tad lame compared to your nine crossbowmen.

Only problem is that I don't have 5 more orcs with spear, I want some more so I think I'll look for them. I'm going to have the game now, but tips on improving the list are still welcome

. btw: the two scouts were just point-fillers because I didn't know what to do with the last 18points:)

If you don't have the orcs take three pikemen in stead
