Post subject:  SBG Galadhrim
Well id like some ideas for a solid 500 pt army of Lothlorien with the following units:

-Legolas (must-have)
-Rumil/Captain (IMO Rumil is better)
-box Galadhrim warriors
-box Galadhrim knights
-banner-bearer(foot)
-Woodelven Sentinels (3x)
-Galadhrim Guardians of the court (pointfiller)

fyi: unfortunatly you wont be able to take the sentinals cause they have bows and you need other troops in that list to get them....

Legolas and Sentinels are from Thranduil's Halls army list, while the rest are from Lothlorien. So you're looking at creating an alliance which means you need to juggle the 33% limit within each ally. For the Thranduil's Halls portion you'd need to take a couple of non-bow wood elves for each Sentinel, so you'd need a box of wood elves as well.

If you dig back there are plenty of good similar 500 point elf lists in this forum, some of them recent.

I'm touched. :oops: Anyways, as mentioned, Legolas is from Thranduil's halls so he can't really be your army leader. I'd be very tempted to take fully equipped Celeborn or galadriel in 500pts. or just Rumil+haldir or captain.
