I need some help choosing allies for my rohan army, it consists of pure cavalry, because i do not like fielding warriors of Rohan.

I need some infantrry for my force that are more elite than warrior of rohan, preferably with heavy armour, i know minas tirith warrior are an option, but i want to see the other choices before making a commitment. I do not own LOME so i was wondering if anybody could tell me which forces Rohan can ally with.

You have gotta get some F4 or better in there man. I would say dwarves but the difference is movement is pretty bad, you can allways have your cavalry hide behind the tough dwarves then crash round the flanks later as you advance.

Rohan lacks elite troops, high defence and higher level heroes, so think about those things.
Minas tirith is convinient, everything plastic and fairly cheap, pointswise, but little elites unless you wanna splash out on blisters. But they have some pretty immense heroes you can makes use of.

Yup, thanks for the advice. I really need some basic basic footroops with 5 defence each without shield, then they can hold their own in combat before the cavalry come and help.

Can someone tell me which forces can ally with Rohan?

Download the army builder from here. This way you will be able to easily build your army with legal allies. I would suggest dwarves as they are my favourite but gondor and anor also work.
