The W-K sucks in WoTR, not in SBG if he has the Crown of Morgul and high M/W/F.

do you mean for for full M/W/F or that plus upgrades eg, horse/fell beast, morgul blade, crown of morgul, flail?

Hmm, well, I'll do it as discreetly as possible, as it is ilegal to post certain things.

At his most basic pts, he costs 70, add 5pts for 1 extra pt of M/W/F up to 3/20/3.

Horse costs the same as all horses, fell beasts cost 5 times as much.

Flail is pointless and costs the same as 1 pt of M/W/F, Morgul Blade is twice that, Crown of Morgul is 3 times Morgul Blade. Do you know what these things do?

the blade yes crown no horse is twenty right
they also appear to be redoing a lot of rules for a lot of stats are blank on GW website

blade is 10 and crown is 30. The Crown gives him 3 attacks rather than 1.

so take with 2ft crown for 120 or 3ft 3mt 4w

Not directly, GWs page lists the Witch-king as Mordor ad Angmar only. With only the Betrayer and the Knight of Umbar being in the Harad list (as well as Mordor), what you could do, is have a Harad Chftn with 12 Warriors etc, and ally the W-K as a stand alone hero ie no warriors in his warband.

so keep standard list and replace nazgul with witch king crown 2ft 2mt take the mumak chief if rules are the same and put him with the warriors

Yes, but if you take no normal Harad Chfn, only the free one from the Mumak, the Commander cannot leave the Howdah unless you purchase the Rappeling Lines upgrade for your Mumak. Sory if this just confuses you.

personally I prefer the cheap, skirmish-style harad raiders w/ bows also they're so much easier to assemble then the metal katas. though they are releasing plastic ones.
fav nazgul is the Knight of Umbar because I can fight along equal terms when combating aragorn, boromir or any other powerful named heroes.
