good luck!
And don't charge faramir out there with the knights just because they have horses! Hang them back until all your force can strike ;)

P.E. I don't have a faramir with bow after all :P

Sourcebooks published later correct the earlier, so Gonder in Flames is right.

Also, you don't have to have the exact model to equip him with a bow: just let your opponent know. For example, you can declare that any Legolas model be equipped with a Cloak; you are not restricted only to the model that actually has one. Even the strictest What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get tournements don't get that fussy---not in LOTR, anyway.

Many Contest of Champions scenarios are won by one kill. A bow might decide the game.

Hope it goes well.

Faramir with bow is a model of Faramir with bow

Just curious though...so you have legal LoME options to have heavy armor and a bow...GW doesn't make a Faramir model like that. Does that mean if you want to play this combo in an event the coordinator will require you to do a conversion? I understand WYSIWYG and we are pretty strict about it as well, but there are so many possible combos that you would either need 3-4 possible versions of each Hero and several models or else never be able to change your army around because it's all custom converted.

There is the model of Faramir the Ranger, and Faramir the Knight. I could see them not wanting you to use Faramir the Ranger as a model with heavy armor, but if you have the model with heavy armor and want him to have a bow do they honestly require that to be a conversion?
