I've recently started LoTR SBG as I'd ben looking at it for a while and the reboot seemed like a good opportunity.
This is my first attempt at a Minas Morgul army (i'm no expect on LoTR background but I think it fits).
Let me know if there are any problems with the army since i've only ever played demos.

I'm not sure whether to drop some orcs (possibly with bows) and add some Warg Riders.

It's ok, but at this low points level, I'm not sure you can afford the Witchking and Gothmog. I would replace one with a cheaper Hero and get more models.

just to say (because i got reminded of this a few days ago) that gw dont like you to put the points cost of each model/group of models so maybe just stick the points totals of each warband on instead.

good list, but as general elessar said, maybe a bit heavy having 2 powerful heroes, so maybe just choose 1

Ah, I though pts were ok as long as they didn't show individual costs- edited to be safe.

Is this new list as in improvement? I've removed Gothmog as we are new to the game so I doubt his special rule will get much use until we get more experience.

Yeah, I much prefer that. You've got 10 more models and one more Might, so you don't really lose anything by dropping Gothmog.

Alter the numbers in the warbands containing: "3 Orc Warriors with Spears / 3Orc Warriors with Bows / 6 Morranon Orcs with Shields" so that the number of shields to spears is equla, and the archers are just 2, or 4.

Drop mounted archers if I were you.

Decent numbers at 500pts though I must say.

I just had my first game last night and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We are really hoping to get more players at my club since many people seem interesed. The numbers were very important since his Elves managed to kill a lot before I reached combat. The Warg riders weren't very useful, although this may have been because I rushed them in too early. I'm going to play a few more games to see how they perform, but i'm considering replacing them with elite infantry. Having seen combat I'm definately going to add more spears and reduce bows. While the archery was nice i think more supporting attacks will be much more useful- especially as my opponent clearly targeted the lesser armoured spearmen with his archers.
