Hello Obviously I’m new to the forum, so a few words of introduction. I am a big Tolkien fan, loved the books since I was a kid, still re read them on a regular basis. Because of that interest, I was asked to take over the Warhammer club at school. Here I was introduced to the GW LOTR figures and was smitten. Because we get no money from the school, I have done a fair bit of trading on e bay to earn a bit for the club and to build up my own collection. (I took over the club about 18 months ago and have collected for about 12 months). Currently own models for most factions but concentrating on Rohan, Isengard, dwarfs and wargs. Looking to build my collection of elves soon. My aims in joining the forum are: To have a laugh, Get advice on running a club with a couple of dozen year 7 to year 9 boys, Learn how to paint like DMS and others. |
