Post subject:  It's been 4 years... but i'm back!
Hi guys!

I'm Bart, a 21 year old Dutchman, I took a break from playing LOTR when I went to university but during this summer break I stumbled upon my old models and decided to pick up the brush and ruler once again!

Just bought the new hardcover rulebook, since I had the three old ones, and picked up rangers from Gondor and an mordor/isengard troll.

My main army is Isengard and I think im gonna focus on building an Gondorian army next.

Overall, there are some amazing "new" releases I'd like to get my hands on.

Looking foward to get back in the game :D

Hey Bart, welcome to the forums :)

The opposite is happening with me - I'm trying to finish off most of my models because I leave soon for college and can't take my models with me (even if I could, I wouldn't be able to work on them or use them).

I was super-confused by all the new rules and profiles when I came back into the hobby after a long haitus - if you want to know where certain profiles are just follow the link in my sig.

Welcome to One-ring, there a very friendly community here that will help you get back into the game.
And if you want some profiles then this link is also very helpful, 1pdf is for the stats and 1 for the special rules.
