So, I stripped Eowyn with Dettol for the painting challenge, but after washing it, it still smells a lot and I'm wondering if I'm gonna have any problems with the new paint over it.
Have it sitting atm in a bottle of window cleaner and gonna wash and scrub it again before priming.

Anyone got an idea if it's gonna be enough?
Cheers,
Whatevier

As long as you have given them a good scrub with washing up liquid and water they should be fine. I have never had a problem. Once dry I use Vallejo surface primer which I brush on then paint

After 30mins of scrubing with dish soap and warm water plus a steel wool treatment, I must say I'm impessed, it almost looks as it's never been painted.

Thanks for the tip Quendil 8)
