I am preparing to perform a large number of head swaps between WoMT, WoR, and Numenorians. I have all the tools and such I need and I have performed some head swaps in the past. However, I am trying to perform these head swaps in an a way which will allow me to reuse both the head and the body of all participants. In the past when I performed a swap I normally lose 1 patient. These swaps were usually performed in a straight line across the neck. Is there a better way to perform head swaps? Perhaps at an angle forming a wedge? Any opinions will help before I begin my mass head swap surgery.

I tend to cut them just at the top of the neck, with my scalpel blade at an angle that matches the line of the jaw (or base of the helmet). Then it's just a case of shaving off the leftover hair if there is any,
