I am looking at using the following model as a possible proxy for a Warg Chieftan. http://red-box-games.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=13&products_id=180 Based upon the dimensions given, it seams to be a bit larger than a regular warg. However, I don't have any warg models as of yet to confirm this. So does anyone know the size of a warg? I'm looking for height and length (from tip to tail). Or, if you have the above model and can confirm it is larger, that would be good as well. |

W/o even grabbing a Warg to measure I can tell you that is a huge model comparatively. It's 3 cm tall, meaning Boromir and others will be slightly shorter than it's shoulder-blade. It'll be roughly the size of a bear |

I second that. You say you want a chieftain, so that's perfect for it. |

Thanks. I was a bit skeptical because it said it was on a 40mm base, same as a warg. But yeah, definately gonna use it now. I was looking for bigger anyways. |

It's a beautiful model anyway, and as far as i know the Warg Chieftain is larger than other wargs anyway. I might pick one up. |
