I have a bit of a weird question. I want to represent armoured Elledan and Elrohir and whilst I'm very happy with the mounted versions I'm not so sure about those on foot. I do however really like the armoured Glorfindel and Erestor. These seem more Tolkienish in my opinion and seem to fit fairly well as doubles for the mounted Elledan and Elrohir. What are your thoughts on these models and whether they would fit together or just to go with the original foot versions?
On a side note, I'm not worried about official rules and such as I don't play competitively. I'm just simply wondering about opinions on the models and their consistency together aesthetically.

Aesthetically, it works very well. Same armour, same region, same age, so no problems really.

If you don't play competitively, then it certainly doesn't matter, as long as your opponent is happy with that, as per usual. Just because it's competitive, doesn't make it fun, and its not really much different to a normal game as the system is very balanced, unlike 40k. I would suggest getting the twins on foot anyway, the sculpts aren't that bad, and its much easier if you are going to get the mounted versions anyway.
