I don't have it in my hands yet but I got this miniature from someplace. The sword of the castellan is a bit bent. What is the best way to straighten it? |

I usually straighten it with my fingers. But be careful if you're planning on doing this, if it's bent backwards and forwards several times it's gonna snap Personally though, I find this the best way. It's probably the easiest way too |

I use two lolipop sticks or coffee stirers, and pinch the bent item straight. I don't know if it'll make sense without photos. I'll see if I can get some done. Whatever you do, be careful not to over do it. |

I've used Jenga in place of lolipop sticks First off you want to get the weapon all bent in the same direction so pinch the weapon one side of the bend and draw it all round in the same arc. Should end up like this from here we can place the weapon back between the wood, and apply some mild pressure to straighten out the bend. carefully repeat this method as neccessary, using one stick as a flat edge, and the other as a lever. voila |
