Hello! I recently picked up a few dwarves from EFGT including Dwalin, however where he has 2 axes on his back there is a small crack.Half way down one of the axes there is a split in the plastic, it has not parted from the model but I want to fix it! It is a little too small to use glue I am thinking as it will get everywhere, any suggestions? Thanks! |

A photo would help so we could see exactly what the damage is, but if it is an axe shaft that broke one option is removing the whole shaft and replacing it with a pin or metal rod by drilling very fine holes in the axe head and base. Do you have a pin vice? |

I didnt think of pinning it, I will see if i can acquire a small drill bit and wire, that ought to do the job. Thanks! |

A picture wo, but from what you describe, it sounds like a very easy fix with some green stuff. If it's just a 'crack', prepare a very small piece of Green Stuff and roll it into a very thin sausage and then uing something with a thin blunt edge, push it into place from top to bottom. Once in place, wet the tool you are using and smooth the Green Stuff over. Hope that helps. |
