I know, this is going to sound pretty silly, but I am looking for ponies. No, not magical ponies that fly and are pink in colour (No offence to you little pony fans out there), but actual ponies for my company of Dwarves (and hobbit!) to ride.

I've looked around and I can't seem to find any good models that I could use to convert a second set of Thorin's Company into pony-riding menaces.

The qualifiers are:
The right size, obviously. Smaller scale horses might work, but I think they'd look too thin.

Not too pricey. I considered for a moment using the old metal frodo/Sam ones, but at 20 euro per 2 ponies, that'd put me back more than a second starter set would cost me, which is of course ridiculous for mounting my miniatures.

Preferably without an attached rider, as this removes the need to first remove a rider.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys, thanks for the quick replies.

The three-for-one ponies seems exactly what I am looking for, so I'll give those a go and let you guys know how it works out for any of you who are looking to convert their own company.

Alternatively, I have some of the Warhammer Dwarf Miner ponies if they may be of use?
