When I tried to assemble dwalin it was just a pain in the ass to get it right I accidentally broke his hammer but then his back piece finally squeezed into the right place I fixed the hammer while it was on the mini but I never glued the back piece It seems pretty snug and it is just a pain getting it off and glueing it on again can I just leave it like this? |

Yeah if it is snug now then once the paint has sealed around it, it should be fine mate as long as it doesn't get battered around too much... |

Or try to squeeze a little glue between the gaps. That's what I do in these instances. |

Exactly the same thing happened to me, I used some of the liquid glue to brush around the gaps to seal it and then a little green stuff to cover the fine caps, and true after an undercoat and a few layers of paint there shouldn't be a problem....I don't think it'll come away any time soon |

When I tryed joining mine it was like that as well, so I left it without glue, painted it and it is fine. Good luck with it. Good sculpt |
