I saw these on the GW website. They're meant for 40K but I think they'd make fantastic LotR Wargs. :)

Ha you beat me to it by minutes, I was just typing up a thread about this.

And yes, I will be buying many of these; time to make room for a warg pack in my list...

I'm definitely going to get some of those when they come out. I think they go well enough with the current Wargs to go alongside them.

I really wish we got werewolves in SBG because these would make perfect werewolves

That's what I was thinking Raukov. I'm really kind of surprised at the models that didn't make the transition from WotR to SBG.

Why not use the lotr wargs, they are cheaper too? http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catal ... rod770031a

But they are some lovely models, and are certainly a nice alternative!

No way man, the scale for 40k and Lotr is totally different. If you want giant wargs then go ahead otherwise i wouldnt.

The 40k Wolves are on 40mm bases, the same size as Wargs, they are in this case the same size. The Goblin Wolf Riders from WFB are probably similar too.

But Wargs are actually cheaper, and more filmish.

I like that those wolves are quite dynamic.
