Yes, he bought it. I bought these figures a long time ago in good price from else. But I realised, I dont want to deal with isengard, so I sold them. This guy not just want them, but he want them painted, so I did it.
I sold these team approx. 37 USD, and the painting-basing-varnis was 53= 90. So these was my goodbye from Isengard.

It doesent matter, cause I have a huge mordor army, and I build Fallen realms and Gondor too. These 3 for WOR. And I have a smaller rohan and moria army too, those for SBG.
Most of the figures in Mordor are painted, and Im still working on them. During this I emlploy a guy to paint with basic colours the haradims. All other armies are in boxes, this is why I decided to reducate my collection. It doesent matter, my collection is still big.

This was my last paint job, now I will spend all my energy for myself, for my collection, FOR MIDDLE-EARTH! hurray! :D

So, what help do you actually need with these models then?

My guess is he wanted to know why you pay someone to paint the basic colors of your mini's. :)

Btw: I like those uruks. How did you do the skin ?

I dont know, cause another guy painted this. The reason is simple, now I hate to paint for someone else. So he painted the basic colors, I repaired it, make some details, highlights. Then I used armypainter midtone quickshade. Its a very usefull stuff, I thing it made the shades, what you are asking about.
I painted uruks before for money, check my gallery, and see my pics of figures, that I painted for money. https://picasaweb.google.com/bastya.mome/Berfestesek

There are two paint times. The TTQ, and the spaidpaint. I used speedpaint for lotr army. Thoose arent my armies. First I painted 72 uruk for a fallen beast. For the easterling I get 5 ringwraits, and some money. But then I decided, never more. I hate this. I want to paint my armies, not others.

So this is the story. :frodo: :sam: :merry: :pippin:

In this gallery, you could see my figures. I made this terrian for a boy, but I wont do that again, I will work now for only myself. https://picasaweb.google.com/bastya.mome/OsgiliathiRomokOsgiliathRuins

I just wondered why you'd posted these here, as you didn't specifically ask for help in the original post.

No worries, we've all done it.

Either run a WIP thread, and include the finished model in that, or just add it to your gallery. 8)

REally the O-R doesn't have a forum for finished models. If you hve wip shots, or are planning on showing some of your work you can make a wip. But if you just have completed models the best place is in your gallery, though most people (me) don't check the galleries too often...

It does. It is cunningly entitled 'Gallery'
