They look very cool. My suggestions would be to look at the colour of real spiders. |

Good idea! It looks great. I agree with Olliehomes. Look at real spiders. They'll look great if you paint them in blacks and dark browns. And, if you want, you could put coloured patches on their backs like GW does, or just like certain spiders like redbacks and white tails have. |

There are so many different patterns and types of spiders and some species the male looks different to the female you will never run out of ideas. Now just to think of a good way of giving my spider hairey legs |

They look really good. They will give those spiders a lot of table presence! I must admit that when War of the Ring first came out, buying GW movement trays was no big deal. Now, post price rise, I'm looking at my Misty Mountains army which needs something like 36 cav trays and thinking I should do something myself. |

Those spiders and bases look great. As mentioned above, use a natural palette for the colours and take your cue from Mother Nature - far more wonderful and intriguing than imagination alone. |

@ Raukov: That's a friendly looking fellow. Get me out of here! That's definitely the sort of thing GW should have done with their sculpts & paint job. |

That's actually the spider Ebob based his sculpts on iirc. |

Taking another look, I can see that. That makes Ebob's stuff even scarier. |

I based one of my spiders on the Mexican Redknee, of which I'm realy pleased with the result (see my gallery) |

Wow! Awesome spiders TBB! They actually look life-like. Oldman Willow. I too think you should base your spiders off of real ones. Can't wait to see what you do with them! -PoW |

Looking good! You should ask a moderator to move this to Work in progress. |

The spiders look good. I like the variety in the sculpts those you may want some more variety in the colouring of the spiders. The movement trays and the terrain pieces look very good. |
