I'm on it, I have to pull them out but I will have it tonight.

They aren't ultra rare, I've known about them since the 2002 release. That's why I have about 6 boxes of the ballista. Just have to keep an eye out for them. Never noticed that the collector's guide was missing them.

If you look at the GW website pics, they show both crew!

Nice list!

just one thing to say:
I am pretty sure the "Khandish Charioteer ?" is just a conversion with "Khandish Bowman 1".

Yes, you are right. But the pic with the converted charioteer are still on the GW site. (Although it's not proper.)

...That's why I've started making this guide.

Thanks again. 8) :D

How come the rare Mahud isn't listed as such when the rest of the rare models are?

I like how you still have items on their that are OOP by the way, nice to see them next to the current ones. 8)

Uruk Ballista:

Just compare these two pictures:
http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_Cus ... 73x627.jpg
http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_Cus ... 73x627.jpg
I am pretty sure the "Uruk Leader 1" is a conversion from the second plastik Uruk-Hai in the upper row.
And "Uruk spotter 1" a conversion from second Uruk in bottom row.
The second Operator maybe a conversion from 5th Uruk in bottom row.

Just my thoughts to the different Crews.
Or does anybody own them?

It looks like the Loader is a conversion, but I'm not sure about the Spotter.

I have been checking out ebay for a few weeks now and have yet to see the "other" crew.
I am beginning to wonder if there is 2 separate sets. Can anyone confirm?

DMS - any ideas?

Perhaps it's just a mold alteration as they have done with many other casts?
I doubt GW would do an official picture of a conversion.

Yes. The only picture(s) that shows the other crew is the official picture. (The one with the white background.)

The Khandish Charioteer with the Bow is also a conversion, as Boromir05 said, and that picture is also official, so....

Yep. So is the Corsair Reaver in the Fallen Realms sourcebook!

It’s certainly very odd that GW includes conversions

Anyways, like I said earlier, I've only seen the alternative crew on the GW website (that one pic with the white background) AND in the Fallen Realms sourcebook... I've yet to see a candid shot of them ANYWHERE on the web.

Still waiting on IsleStaggerholm to confirm, I’ll send him a PM :)

I searched my crew, for I was poistive I had a set from back when it originally came out, but evidently in my ever expanding years my memory failed me. I have 10 crews (bought at release) and they are all the standard sets . . . I believe that the photos were done of conversions before the crew was final cast.

Then the Box Cover shows the real crew?
