Converting Rohan into Dwarves

I've just found these pictures and it looks to me that these are Rohan plastics that have been converted into Dwarves. Can anyone confirm this for me?

I don't have any Rohan miniatures and I was wondering what sort of scale they have against the old/new dwarf miniatures? Can anyone be bothered to take a scale photo? If they fit it's a potentially cheap and easy way top get some addd variation into dwarf armies...

Opinions?

Indeed, certainly in picture 3 there are a lot of converted warriors of rohan. And they look good too.

Yes the banners and some of the infantry for sure.

Rohan archer in back, Dwarf ranger in front.

Basically a head taller than the dwarves.

Oh, okay, they are a little off then. Shame. I wouldn't have noticed with those photos though. S/he's done a very convincing job

Yeah, I think you're right. If you look at the banner bearer it appears to match in height
