I obviously wont have enough spears to convert all of the Minas Tirith, so what should I used in place of the plastic spears?

I first thought of green stuff, but it seems it would be kinda hard to shape out a thin spear with it. Any help?

Brass wire or paper clips are an option.

im just buying one set of Warriors of arnor and one set of dol amroth warriors, then im creating a cast for the warriors of arnr with dpears (to create spearmen), then modding them to hae swords (from the warriors of dol amroth ) and creating a cast, so i can have as many warriors of arnor as i want really cheap, (its ok as long as i dont try and sell them), using rangers of the north for archers
