hi all
totally off topic here
i was just wondering out of interest: does anyone here still play starwars battle front 2?

a multiplayer battle might be fun :twisted:

I remember, I really liked that game. But it is boring to play against the PC. Is it possible to play it online (I don't have the original game)

I used to play that game all the time! I still would, but whenever I tried there was no sound at all :(

Did anyone see the concepts they had for BFIII before the company shut down? They had some amazing things planned out, I've never been so disappointed over a game being cancelled :(

Haha yeah, best PS2 gameever.:) I still enjoy it from time to time.:) And yes Knighty, I saw those. Shame really.:(

I just went out and bought it on PC the other day. It's proving fun, if challenging (don't judge :P)

My first experience of the game was LAN with a few friends where I got slaughtered (but I was better than the AI!). Now playing solo, I'm stuck on Knightfall, attacking the Jedi library. :shock:

Most awesome ps2 game ever, I really loved it. I remember playing it with my sister. One game we were getting slaughtered on Naboo (multiplayer offline). Eventually we were the only survivors against more then 50 units of the republic. With some luck and a tank, we managed to win the game. :D

my fav ps2 game ever and one of my top 5 fav games, my record for finishing the game is 2 hours im quite proud of that. :oops:

Is it backwards compatible then?

seems to be, it still works on the 360. I guess it would work on the PS3 as most other PS2 games do.

Only the launch model PS3 (60GB phat) plays PS2 games. The rest don't. :shock:

I have a 360 too though :-D

Thats because PS3's suck :lol: I love my 360 almost as much as I love Lotr SBG :D

I have both BF 1 and BF 2 on the PS2. Its probably the most played game in the house, despite having more modern console units. I play with my lad quite a lot.
