Still here in the distance but too too busy to paint. Homebrew taking over a lot and many self sufficiency projects.

... thinking about painting/modelling/gaming.

A slight exaggeration, but it holds true at work sometimes - when bored at work (usually in meetings) I find myself doodling pictures of terrain projects I'm working on.

Powdering (simulated) crime scenes for fingerprints, taking blood swabs, photographing crime scenes etc. Can't wait till I pass my degree and get to do the real thing. :-D

Looking at financial statements, reading international law on business transactions, and teaching. Lots of teaching.

Just to clarify, I'm not a teacher but I do a fair amount of teaching. During the Fall and Winter Terms I work as a Teaching Assistant for the Operations Management (Business Logistics) Labs at Grant MacEwan University. Basically, I teach students how to transfer the theoretical knowledge from the classroom into computer-based models that are linked to interact with each other (much like the army builders). During the Spring and Summer Terms I work as a Counsellor for a Christian Camp by South Cooking Lake where I teach children about Christianity, archery, horseback riding, rappelling and rockwall climbing. As a senior staff member of that camp, I'm often asked to train the junior staff in how to teach the same things I can.
