I loved them. I converted 31 of those sculpts and kept 1 of each original and one captain. some of the swords break off fairly easy, since I am a converter it is not an issue for me but for some it may be "another sign of GW finecast" but I ignore all of those types of groans from the gallery (though I wouldn't for Smaug as that price demands highest quality and they should assemble and paint it for you and treat you to dinner after). if interested my gundabads are Here Oh, and I also got 20% off my order as I didn't go with GW direct. You should be able to find someone that ships to you and offers a discount on GW products. Make sure it is really a deal though, look at GW prices and if over $65 then the shipping is free, then compare another place as they will most likely charge you shipping so see if they offer a discount that is equal to or better than the free shipping from GW. since I bought 14 blisters at one time it was a no brainer that the 20% was going to trump the free shipping GW offers. So check around. |

A lot of the indie stores near me don't carry finecast figures, so I had to look on Ebay. I got two blister, Bard, Alfred and Narzug for $55. I really like all of them, I really wish the Gundabads were plastic though. I wants more of them precious. |

I love them, great poses and straight out of the movies. They're typical of the Hobbit range in that they look good in the pictures but look about 500 times better when you get them in person. I've got a warband waiting to be assembled in the not too distant future and I can't wait to get started. As the others have said though you can save a bit by going through an indie store - if you're in the UK then Slayer Gaming will do 20% off GW (and more if you place a bulk order) which drops them down to £4 each instead of £5 - makes a difference. |

Sithious, which company do you buy from and do they ship to Canada? |

Even if you don't see what you want on his site, just remember the rules GW has about online sales, so I think he sometimes has more or can get it, so contact them for sure. |

Love them, currently up to 18 plus a captain. my favourite models in the entire hobbit range. I go through Slayer or OrcWard Battles and get 20% off which is nice. |
