Paper craft! I have never thought of this for mini gaming, but for those of us who would rather paint minis instead of terrain, this is a great alternative.

I used to use this kind of stuff a lot, and still do for my sci-fi gaming (where everything is blocks or cubes, so easy to fold). A few years back, I had a fully modular paper fortress, and several internal and external buildings. It's an easy way to spruce up a battlefield, and there's loads of it out there that is either cheap or free. So long as you're careful, it's pretty hard-wearing too (print on thin card for best results), and so long as you build it right, can support even larger metal models.

Cheers for the link!

Hah, it's not for me these days but this takes me back to some very fond days 15-20 years ago when I started playing Warhammer with all of GW's card terrain - good stuff!

This sort of stuff:

I like it. May try some day. Im totally more into gaming then spending ten hours making one house, or buying one for a ridiculous price.

I have like no space for storage anyway.

Might be useful as templates for making more detailed stuff anyway
