My local friendly game store where I had been buying Hobbit miniatures at 20% off will not be buying the new Hobbit miniatures. Not surprised as they still had 2 "Limited Edition" Goblin town sets plus other Hobbit sets that weren't moving very well.

So to get my Hobbit fix I will have to go the source and buy at GW. I had supported my GW store occasionally and made sure that when I bought online that I did it at the store so they got credit but I will miss the choice of buying elsewhere.

I haven't had the choice since a few years after ROTK. The only other places that sell around here charge full price. For that I'll just do GW
