Green dragon doesn't have it and eBay only has one that is in America. |

If you google it you can find it in a pdf form. I don't know if it's legal to write this piece of information on this site but if it's illegal just forget I ever wrote it

If it helps, its not available/not in print anymore - hmm wait, in retrospect that actually doesn't help. Sorry! Although you may be able to "obtain" a pdf copy somewhere online. |
