Post subject:  Whats your Xmas wishlist?

I was wondering what wishes people have for 'Santa' this year in relation to mini's. I'm always most pleased when I get some warhammer for christmas, even if I know what it is. I'm hoping to expand my Gondor army which is my present.

Anyone else? 8)

Great Idea!!! :D

My wish list is to get more GW paints, some new brushes(which I will get at GW the next week). Also I will be getting 2 boxes of Galadhrim warriors, and the Three Hunters, which will make my elven army about 2500 points. I will also be getting 2 blister packs of Guards of the Galadhrim court, then I will be getting a stormcaller. If I have any Christmas money left, I will probably look for some stuff on ebay or GW.

Anyway that's what I am probably going to get.

Anybody else??

I'm hoping to get Murin and Drar, and three more Vault Wardens. My dwarf army will then be complete. :)

@Feanorthenolder: ooo sounds interesting, some great mini's your getting there! Sounds like a good elven army :)

@General Elessar: sweet, I like the vault wardens.. they're quite good.

I know I'll be getting some Gundabad Blackshields, and I'm hopeing for either Osgiliath ruins, or a Mordor troll, but pretty much any thing from the LotR range would be great. I also wouldn't mind some basing supplies like static grass, and I really want to try out GW's water effects too. Then, depending if I get any money, I would like to go downtown to a new hobby store we just got here(which actually sells some LotR mini's!! :D ), and get some Easterlings.

I'm going to be buying my own lotr stuff this christmas, as the only thing my family is doing as far as presents go is a new sofa suite for the lounge... :D

Anyway, I'll be getting more khazad guard, another box of warriors - taking my total up to four boxes' worth - and some more vallejo paints (I have recently been converted to these lovelies by the guy at my local independent retailer, God bless him :-D ) and maybe some more goblins.

Nothing related to modeling except time to paint my figs. I got two weeks off so I'm stock piling my supplies a little each day. I'm gonna try making my own weapons with some Tie Wire and those plastic sword toothpicks. I'll figure something out.

I would like Canucks tickets, Call of Duty:Black Ops, a Buffalo Bills hat, a Jumbo Toberlone Bar and a happy ending.

Which game? I'm trying to get rid of a pair to the game on the 26th.

Anyways, my present for this Christmas is a Mumak, Amdur, and some Kataphrakts. From ebay. Should be here any day now. :-D

I'm the guy from Dicks Lumber who meet you at Starbucks. Small world. I would only take them as a gift from Santa since I think tickets are way over priced. My love my HDTV.

As always we don't give presents at christmas but with "Sinterklaas" (5th of December), so I've already had mine.

I got a couple of richard sharpe books (the story is about a lower class soldier in the brithish army who tries to rise trough the ranks
it's set in the peninsular campaign and a few years earlier in India)
A dvd: Arn the knight templar (a very good movie but it's a shame they didn't keep the two movies seperated
when they released an edition with subtitles)
two photo albums
Acrylic paint.
And a ring, as the last gift from my grandmother and something to remember her by.

As for christmas, I just want a bit of peace and a good time with my family and friends. (and of course the same thing for you)

Don't get another wash until you have to, or if you're prone to knocking over your paint pots (like me! I did it TWICE with my badab black and once with devlan mud :o ) :gimli: :elrond:

I did that too. I had one paint (can't remember which one) that I knocked over three times; funny thing is, I haven't knocked over any other paint.

wow nice Shadow, you sure have a good healthy list of mini's for this years christmas. Wish I could get that many :D
On the matter of spilling paint, I've never done it much.. only once I think - which just happened to go on my good jeans. Well serves me right for painting with good clothes on i suppose.
