Hi all,
A bit of praise here for GW . Last week, my Smaugoid arrived with a couple of defective bitses. Monday evening I emailed GW UK (I am in South Australia) as I figured that would be where the replacement bits would come. So, yesterday morning I rec'd an email from GW Sydney wanting my shipping address. This morning a parcel turned up, with my bitses. That's barely 24 hours from receiving the Sydney email. So GW, if you're reading this then Well Done, an outstanding effort I thought.
Anyway, thought I would share this with y'all.

I have a feeling GW are especially alert for Smaug issues given the successes the kit has had in sales.

Mine had two left wings and when I emailed them about it, they responded withing 10 minutes when normally I'd expect at least a day for them to get back to me. A new wing hasn't arrived yet, but that's only because in NZ it takes at least a week for anything to get to me from GW. I'm expecting it to arrive in the next three days.
