Post subject:  Fellowship Scenario 9 - Flight to the Ford

Another bad day for the Nazgul, this time played by me as my son played Good. We found the deployment guidelines for this scenario to be not written so well. But, in all fairness to the sourcebook writers, this was one of the more challenging narratives to play out using these rules. Here are some photos of the latest game:

I'm beginning to wonder if this is why Sauron has his other minions harry the armies of men, he too realizes the ringwraiths have too many bad days.

I assume that you treated the unique ringwraiths as regular wraiths?

Hey GreatKhanArtist, the might/will/fate of ring-wraiths in the Fellowship of the Ring source book has been degraded to 0/7/0 (0/10/0 for Witch King) to "represent the fact that Sauron's power is still building and his servants are not yet at full strength."

It seems to give the Good player a fighting chance when its just the Hobbits. When Gandalf, Aragorn or Glorfindel show up in some of the fights ... the wraiths begin to drop like flies!
