I have just spent the last couple of hours writing up a small (  ) summary of my time in Mansfield at Dreamlike Gaming. http://eastgrinsteadwargamers.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/hobbit-sbg-dreamlike-gaming-tournament.html Hope you all enjoy the read and I'll try and do another one from a TO perspective for the East Grinstead Tournament. Also comments welcome on how to improve it

Well written and easy to follow. Just another reason why I wish visiting the UK wasnt so expensive |

I don't even think it's that, I think we wish we had more players near by. I think there is enough of a following in the US it's just not as close together, as it is for the UK...

Yeah it's all relative, in the UK we complain that we don't get as much support as the other systems but at least we've now got a thriving indie scene over here (roughly 1 tournament per month with an average attendance of 20+ in 2014) - we sometimes forget how lucky we are. Cracking write up Sam (nice pics too), cheers for the kind words they're all appreciated and reciprocated, it was a great game and good to see you as always. Working away on my own report, I'm just obviously not as productive as you!

Yeah you guys are in the capitol of this game. Im in Chicagoland and thats about 6 million people. There were two major tournaments before. Now theres 1......horrid. Great write up! I love knowing about each scenario and army you faced. Nice details concisely written but still good amounts of info! |
